How do you know if you have mold in your crawl space?
How important is a crawl space inspection with sampling and testing to confirm you have mold or you do not have mold?
As a mold investigator, I inspect crawl spaces all the time.
As a mold investigator, I inspect and sample and have the samples tested all the time.
The testing is important to determine if you have a mold issue. Why would you want to have it tested? To confirm you have a mold issue! Why spend your hard earned money if it is not mold.
Why would you want to have what is in your crawl space if it is not mold and why spend money on having it removed if it is not mold but some thing else? So, we want to confirm using an out side lab that you have a mold issue before you spend any money on mold removal.
